Laos' Bank corrects issues surrounding land tax payments

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – The Banque pour le Commerce Exterieur Lao Public (BCEL) is updating its database after some users of its online tax payment system found that details relating to their land titles were incorrect.
